Sign in to your Universal Credit account
Using your online account is often the fastest way to get in contact with DWP. Our telephone lines are available for our most vulnerable customers, but using our online service remains the fastest way to contact DWP.
If you cannot use digital services at all, Universal Credit applications can still be made over the phone.

British Sign Language (BSL) Video Relay Service
You can use the BSL Video Relay Service to contact the Department for Work and Pensions about either Universal Credit or New Style Employment and Support Allowance (ESA).
